Bobby Lashley praises Theory: “I can see him being a multiple-time world champion”
Vince McMahon is not the only person who thinks Theory has a bright future in WWE, as he thinks Theory will be a top star in the company for years to come.
Last Saturday, Lashley beat Theory for the United States Title at WWE Money in the Bank. Later in the show, Theory was added to the men’s MITB ladder match and won the briefcase, securing him a guaranteed title shot anytime he wants in the next year. Lashley will defend the title one more time at SummerSlam later this month.
While speaking with Ariel Helwani of BT Sport, Lashley praised the prospect as he thinks he will become a multiple world champion and even has the chance of breaking the record for most world title reigns, 17, that is held by John Cena and Ric Flair respectively.
“By the time he’s my age, he’s going to be on a stack of money as high as this building. He’s gonna be a super-duper star. I mean, 23 years old, that kid has everything in his future. I can see him being a multiple-time world champion. He’s gonna be going after Cena’s record. He’s gonna be after Ric Flair’s record. He’s going to be setting some records that you would never imagine. The kid is extremely talented.”
