Top WWE Raw star pulled from title match at Money In The Bank PPV
Bianca Belair announced in the opening segment of WWE Raw that Rhea Ripley is not cleared to wrestle and she will not be wrestling for the Raw Women’s Championship at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view.
It was then announced that a 5-Way match on Raw would determine Ripley’s replacement at the pay-per-view. The match featured Asuka vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Liv Morgan vs. Carmella vs. Becky Lynch. Carmella won the match to earn the title shot against Belair.
Ripley had to get braces after a rough spot during a Fatal Four-Way match on the 6/6 edition of Raw. Ripley hasn’t wrestled since that show.
